Kids Chalk Art Zone (Prizes Awarded)
Helmets encouraged for all riders and required for children under 15.
Pedestrians and young cyclists must exit the roadway before roads reopen at 12:00pm.

Event Route & Schedule

The car-free route covers Park Ave (east of Mason Ave), Point Rd, Hummock Point Rd, Hummocks Ave through the Anthony Rd railroad overpass and the separated bike lane on the Sakonnet River Bridge.

Event runs 9:00am to 12:00pm. Road closures begin at 8:30am and police details run until 12:30pm.

We're proud to partner with the Portsmouth Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC). Appointed by the Town Council, BPAC works to enhance the safety and accessibility of Portsmouth's streets and sidewalks. Their mission's focused on creating safe, equitable travel for everyone walking, rolling or riding in town through infrastructure improvements, community engagement and local advocacy.
